At BJ's PJs, we want you to be perfectly cozy in your new sleepwear; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked.
Pack Your PJs
Place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the packing slip is included inside the box.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to your local postal carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
